  • 2 small wraps
  • 1 tbsp chipotle mayo
  • 1 handful of spinach 
  • 1/2 chopped tomato
  • 1/4 sliced red onion
  • 4-5 slices cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped paneer
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp basil flakes or fresh basil
  • Drizzle of ranch
Instructions

Marinate the chopped tofu with salt and pepper. Air fry at 400F for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
