- 2 small wraps
- 1 tbsp chipotle mayo
- 1 handful of spinachÂ
- 1/2 chopped tomato
- 1/4 sliced red onion
- 4-5 slices cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped paneer
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp basil flakes or fresh basil
- Drizzle of ranch
Instructions
- Marinate the chopped tofu with salt and pepper. Air fry at 400F for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
