Ingredients

  • One block of extra firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch 
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha 
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce 
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
Instructions

Slice up the tofu in cubes.
Mix together all dry ingredients and coat tofu with this mixture.
Let marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Air fry this mixture for 15 minutes at 350F or until crispy.
Mix together the wet ingredients while the tofu is cooking.
Drizzle on the sauce once tofu is cooked and enjoy with a side of iceberg lettuce for wraps or rice!
