Balsamic Dijon Salad Dressing
I make this salad dressing for almost every salad I eat. I could drink it with a straw (which I won't), it is just so good. It is recommended to have about 1-2 tbsp unsaturated healthy fats at each meal and olive oil is a great choice. Most store bought salad dressings unfortunately pack on the sugar, fat, calories, and salt. However, making your own salad dressing, you can control the amount of ingredients inside and not have to sacrifice the delicious taste. I use this for my kale salad (a separate post) and my brussel sprouts salad I make every Christmas (also a separate post).
This makes 1 jar but I only used a couple tablespoons per salad unless I make a large salad then I pour the entire container (however, my large salads feed 8+ people)
