Airfried Potatoes with a top up of a super yummy minty dressing, finished with a garnish of sev (savory crunchy noodles) and a sprinkle of date tamarind sauce. The idea behind this recipe was to create a dish with two star ingredients - potato and mint, using minimum ingredients guaranteeing maximum flavors. Through this fusion salad I have created the vibe of a famous Indian street food called Aloo Chaat, aloo means potato and chaat refers to a savory snack.

I love sev, (It was common in East Africa as a snack), but I haven’t even tried looking for it here! Where do you find it?
