This recipe is very simple but so good. The other day pork belly was on sale at the grocery store so I had to take advantage of the deal. I usually do not make pork so this was a bit new to me but exciting because it was something different to try. So here is my recipe of me cooking something I do not usually eat but really enjoying it. For the rolls that I made with the pork belly, I didn’t really put too much in them but I imagine they would taste even better with a garlic teriyaki sauce and some other fresh vegetables in there too.
