2 Ingredient Watermelon Popsicles
It has been a hot and humid summer so we have been eating a lot of these popsicles with all the outside time! I bought a pack of "organic" popsicles recently and was surprised to find that the ingredients were not that impressive. I thought to myself, "I can make that taste better while using whole food ingredients" and so I did. Who doesn't love watermelon?? Especially in the summer. This recipe was very easy but did take a little bit of prep. I bought disposable popsicle molds off Amazon and made a big batch of popsicles for my toddler to eat after we are done playing outside. They are a big hit for kids and adults!
