Sometimes it is more fun to eat a meal that looks different and unique! I definitely like to experiment with making food fun when possible and if that includes getting more flavour in a meal then it is an added bonus! I love that this recipe gives a pop of colour to a usually simple breakfast and also makes the meal more refreshing. This recipe definitely looks more fancy and complicated than it actually is, which is the best part! I have made this breakfast multiple times and it has always been a hit with others and people just love how creative it is! Now, let us get to the recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper slice
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
- Heat up a non stick pan and add in your olive oil
- Scramble your egg in a bowl and add the salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Slice a bell pepper horizontally and take out a seeds. It is best if the bell pepper is cut into approximately 3cm of thickness
- Put the bell pepper slice in your pan and pour the egg mixture into the centre
- Flip the bell pepper with the egg inside once one the scrambled egg begins to harden and cook
- Once both sides have cooked, add hemp seeds to the top and some hot sauce if you want an extra kick
