If you are like me and have a serious sweet tooth but also try to be healthy, you will love these frozen yogurt bites! They taste like ice cream to me!

All you need is fat free yogurt, some over ripe raspberries, lemon zest, powdered sugar and chocolate.

Mix it all in a bowl will mushing the berries. I only used a pinch of the powdered sugar but you can add more or less depending on how sweet you want it.

Lay a spoon full on wax paper and top with more raspberries. Stick in the freezer for an hour.

Add a little lemon zest on top.

Melt some chocolate in the microwave and dip the frozen bites in or drizzle on top.

The warm chocolate melts the yogurt just enough to make it delicious without being to frozen. Or if you want to store these for later, leave them out for 10 minutes at room temp before eating.

I also made a peanut butter version of this that I swear tasted just like a snickers ice cream bar.

The ingredients and recipe was the same except instead of raspberries, this time I used peanut butter.

What a delicious snack without the guilt!
